Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to customers.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share your order number and product photos/videos as proof

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account or UPI details.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Physically damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
